How we use it
To authenticate you, process billing, deliver daily reports and exit alerts, operate and improve the product, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Processors & infrastructure
We rely on trusted third parties to run the service - including Stripe for payments and Resend for email delivery. Market and alternative data is sourced from providers such as Polygon, Quiver, Unusual Whales, Financial Modeling Prep, FRED, StockTwits, and SEC EDGAR; AI rationale is generated via Anthropic. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Data retention & security
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and operational purposes. Passwords are hashed, access is restricted, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and export where applicable, subject to legal and operational constraints. Contact support@strikeintel.ai to make a request.
